Professionals who support them—bankers, consultants, advisors—are expected to help, but they aren’t trained to coach.

The Effective Small Business Coach Training Program is a comprehensive, ICF Level 1 Accredited course designed for professionals who want to coach small business owners—effectively.
It combines three essential elements to get you coaching fast, with quality:

3️⃣ Mentor Coaching & Exam Prep
Fulfill ICF mentor coaching requirements and prepare for the ACC exam.
10 Hours Total: 7 group + 3 private sessions

🎓 ICF CREDENTIAL PATHWAY
By completing this Level 1 program, you fulfill all education and mentor coaching requirements to apply for your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). To earn your ACC credential, the ICF also requires 100 hours of client coaching experience, including at least 75 hours paid. We will help you get there!

Graduates of the Effective Business Coach Training Program are invited to become Certified Systems Business Coaches®—licensed to use the complete SBC toolbox, including proven processes, templates, assessments, training modules, marketing resources, and ongoing support.
